Transaction Code Description
In the SAP NetWeaver BI Authorization Concept lesson, the training participant is familiarized with the authorization functions of the SAP Business Information Warehouse. The differences between the authorization concept for ERP systems and the authorization concept for NetWeaver BI are taught.
As a hint: The menu tab "Jump" allows you to set all namespaces or software components simultaneously to "modifiable" or "non-modifiable". However, before you can rearrange the namespace and software components, you must also adjust the global setting accordingly. With Save or CTRL+S you can now save your new settings and you have already set the system modifiability.
SAP System Monitoring
In the beginning, in our company, the installation and management of the systems were dealt with by the functional consultants/consultants of the respective systems. The CRM consultant was responsible for the SAP CRM system, the SRM consultant for the SAP SRM, etc.
Furthermore, you enrich our team with: Knowledge or experience in SAP NetWeaver technologies (e.g. AS-Java, AS-ABAP, S/4HANA SAP PI, SAP BI, SAP Gateway or SAP folder management), Experience in the administration of Windows or Linux server systems, databases or web applications, Knowledge or experience in the administration of server hardware and storage technologies, very good conceptual skills in system design and system integration, very good knowledge in the area of security relevant topics of IT system operation, good teamwork skills, good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude with high self-motivation and willingness to perform. Good written and spoken German skills are expected (level similar to at least B2). Regular further training will help you to develop your personal skills in a targeted manner.

These programs can be used with the help of SAP Basis independently of the operating system and database used.
