Challenges in authorization management
Generic access to tables
First, consider the transport of your proposed permissions from various development systems to a consolidation system. When you save permission proposal values in transport orders, you will notice that generic entries are used instead of detailed BOMs. These generic entries mark all applications, for example, with TR*..

In order to be able to use the following reports, you must not only have the appropriate authorizations, but also be aware that, depending on your SAP release or Notes, some reports are not yet or no longer available. The following reports were executed with release level 7.50.
Analysis and reporting tool for SAP SuccessFactors ensures order and overview
The first step is to create an IMG project. You can create a new project or edit an existing project to create a customising role. To do this, call the SPRO_ADMI project management entry transaction. If a suitable project is not available, you can view the list of SAP customising activities. To do this, click the SAP Reference-IMG button or create a new project. To do this, select the Create Project button ( ) or the (F5) button. A new window will open, where you enter the project name. Note that you have a maximum of ten characters for the name. Once you have confirmed your input, a new screen will open. The General Data tab allows you to specify users, project managers, project times, and the language for the information texts.

In the SAP standard, there is no universally applicable way to automate the mass maintenance of role derivations. We therefore present three possible approaches: 1) Approach to custom development 2) Automated mass maintenance using the Business Role Management component 3) Use of a pilot note that allows a report for mass update of organisational values in rolls (currently available to selected customers) (BRM) from SAP Access Control.

However, if your Identity Management system is currently not available or the approval path is interrupted, you can still assign urgently needed authorizations with "Shortcut for SAP systems".

For the other six checks on critical base permissions, the yellow icon will be displayed when a client is found on the system and at least one of the following two conditions applies: More than 75 users have the permission checked in this check.

The sender and the creator need not necessarily be identical, for example, if you have entered the system as the sender.
